Veteran-gram Requests

If you would like to request a Veteran-gram, fill in the form below!  These requests can be made until 5:00 pm on Friday, 10 November.

Note that Veterans in Huber Heights or Troy can have the Veteran-gram delivered to their door.  Other Veterans can also have one made, but we ask that you come to the Mason Lodge, 7778 Wildcat Road, Huber Heights, OH between 2p – 5p on Saturday, 11 November to pick it up and deliver it to them.

Extra Life Registration

This year the Miami Valley Young Marines will be participating in Extra-Life.  A 24-hour gaming marathon to raise money for the Children’s Miracle Network.  Our Young Marines are supporting the Dayton Children’s Hospital as our group.  Note that Young Marines and other youth are welcome to take part as well by joining our team.  Funds you raise can benefit your own local hospitals!

The Three Word Address

These seem meaningless right?  Wrong.

These are part of a new website that is setting out to change addresses for the entire world.  A lot of smaller, less developed nations have a tough time getting an addressing system that works within their community.  What3words set out to change that.

DEA Device

Every year, Young Marines around the country strive to make their communities better by teaching other youth to live a healthy, drug-free lifestyle.  One the most coveted awards in our program is the DEA Device.  Those few that have went above and beyond just handing our flyers and having brief chats with folks in their community are able to display the DEA’s badge on their Drug Demand Reduction Ribbon.
