As a 501c(3) non-profit organization, we can always use help in meeting our objectives.  Like most organizations we are limited by the amount of money we can raise within our communities to support these goals… but support isn’t limited to just money.

We are always looking for great new Staff Members, qualified outside instructors, supply donations, and more.  So if you have spare cash, supplies, or knowledge you think is worth sharing then please check out the tabs below and do what you can!

Every year we have multiple youth that want to join, but simply don’t have the funds to.  Other funding requirements are new and replacement equipment, food for encampments and trips, and more.  As a completely volunteer organization, all of our funds go back to the youth in our organization and out to projects we perform in the community!

If you would like to contribute to our goals this coming year you can use the donate link below or speak with any of Staff Members.

We have great instructors on our staff currently, but always love “mixing it up” with outside instructors as well.  Especially if you have a certification or skill that isn’t currently in our Staff’s utility belt.  Some great courses we can always use are below.  However, if you have one that isn’t on this list then we are happy to hear about that as well.

  • Drug Demand Reduction
  • Advanced First Aid Skills
  • Physical Fitness
  • Survival / Field Skills
  • Land Navigation
  • Life Skills
  • Anti-bullying

If you would like to teach sometime, please contact our Unit Commander and speak with him about it.

We use a lot of equipment in our organization.  We have a current “wishlist” below, but if you have any items you think we could use, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us and ask.

  • Laptop Computers
  • New Color Guard Poles
  • Camouflage Field Jackets (coats)
  • Office/School Supplies (crayons, pencils, etc.)

2017 Distinguished Supporters

While we have a ton of great supporters… this award only goes to our top 3 each year!

Doug Frates Glass
The owners of Doug Frates Glass, Doug and Heidi, are huge supporters of our cause.  They have supported us through advertisement, attended numerous events of ours, as well as a large monetary donation.  We hope to continue our wonderful partnership with this former Marine turned glass maker and his business.

Huber Heights Optimist Club
This year we were invited out to sell trees with them.  The hours spent there gave our youth some great experience with work ethic while raising funds for our unit and for numerous other youth groups within the Huber Heights area.  A great groups of folks who also made a large donation to us in a large time of need, saving our group from having to cancel the National Encampment this year.
